SSC CHSL Syllabus 2020 – 21 for Skill Test/Typing Test
Skill Test (DEST) Pattern For DEO Post
- The Skill Test is of qualifying nature in order to qualify the examination candidates should have Data Entry Speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour.
- At the time of the test candidates will be given a paper having English article, candidates have to type the same on the computer.
- The total time duration of the test is of 15 minutes candidates must have a speed of 2000-2200 strokes/key-depressions in order to qualify.
Skill Test (DEST) Pattern For DEO Post in C&AG
- The Data Entry Speed of the applicants should be of 15,000 key depressions per hour
- The English matter will be allotted to the aspirants and they have to type the same of the computer.
- The duration of test is 15 minutes, in order to qualify the test candidates speed should be of 3700-4000 strokes/key-depressions
Typing Test Pattern for LDC/JSA & PA/SA
- The Typing Test will be in Hindi and English, while filling the application form candidates have to select the Medium of Typing Test as per their suitability.
- Those aspirants who are going for the English typing should require to type 35 words per minute. Whereas, candidates opting Hindi typing should have typing sped of 30 words per minute. The speed will be consider on the correctness of typing on the computer of a given text passage in given time.
